Ottawa, Canada

06/10

We explored Ottawa early in the morning before most people were even awake. Let me tell you, it is a lot easier to find parking in a city before seven a.m.
We first ventured to Ottawa's Bayward Market which is home to small boutiques and restaurants. There were also many empty booths early in the morning that must get filled right up as the day goes on with fresh veggies and fruits to sell. I am sure this place is hoppin' during the day.
Then we decided to walk around the streets and see what else Ottawa has hiding from our view. On our way we past the Rideau Canal which looks like the perfect place to take a bike ride or rent a boat and float up and down the canal. Then we saw the Peace Tower which would have been cool to go up, I am sure the view is just amazing. There were more older buildings with Victorian like details and statues all over the downtown.
By that time the cars started to flow into the city and today was the last of the good weather so off to Montreal we went!!

Xoxo
