Road trip 2013 is happening in just a few days!
Three months + two people + our compass=should be very interesting.... Walmart parking lots and truck stops here we come!!(we were also informed to sleep in cemetery's and shower at colleges... We will give it a try and let ya know how things turn out)
It feels like we have had this idea for so long and its crazy to think that the day is basically here. One of the hardest parts is picking just a few items out of your closet or from your drawers that you would want to wear everyday for three months and guesstimating what the weather will be like the whole time and managing to fit it in a small bag. All I have to say is, hello goodwills!
We have also packed our old bikes in hopes that we will use them lots, save on gas plus cover more ground then on foot. And if someone were to steal them it would be no big deal because we can just stop at a Walmart and pick some more cheap ones up. Hopefully this turns out to be a good idea and not a waste of time. Eh... We shall see!!
We will keep everyone up to date on our adventure, but should probably get back to packing and putting our lives into our black SUV.
