Picked up mom this morning - So excited to have her for a whole week. All to ourselves. (Going to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, and San Diego)
We had reservations in Flagstaff for the night so it was north we went. Some of the places we stopped at were Montezuma's Castle (cliff dwelling), Montezuma's Well, and Sedona. Sedona is absolutely gorgeous. The red rocks are spectacular-just don't sit on them with light colored shorts!
That night we slept in a real bed which turned out to be a good thing since there was a sleet/hail storm and frost on the windshield in the morning. At our hotel they offered a free hot breakfast which we took full advantage of. On the road again...

P.s. we bought a 1year pass for the National Parks a few weeks back and it's well worth it!
