Carlsbad, NM

05/01
The Carlsbad Caverns. An almost eight hundred foot climb down into the unknown and when you get to your lowest point, it's absolutely breathtaking. The natural entrance takes you 1¼-mile into the ground following the traditional explorers route. Along the way there are many highlights such as, the bat cave, a bottomless pit (which ended up not being bottomless), an iceberg rock which is 200,000 tons, and much much more!!
The pictures can describe the beauty all in itself.
We did that for many hours and then hung out in Carlsbad along the river, biking and swimming.
Off to Walmart!
Xoxo

P.S. Still haven't paid to sleep anywhere...
