Another day in Idaho Potato

05/24
Started the day off on the Oregon Trail - literally... we went in the ruts where they use to tow their wagons towards California. This all happened at the beautiful Massacre State Park in Idaho where we also went biking and did a two mile hike.
Then we heading east on US-20 towards the tiny town of Blackfoot, Idaho home of the Potato Museum. We learned that there are five different types of potatoes, if there are green spots on your potato it just means there will be a bitter taste, and the world record for heaviest potato was in 1795 weighing 18 pounds.
By that point our brain was filled to the top with knowledge...so we drove east a little bit more and called Burley home for the night.

Xoxo
