Tiny house ideas

The thought of buying land on the ocean or views of the ocean is the most appealing thing to me... I'd love warm weather all year round and listening to the waves hit the beach. Talk about relaxing! 

It seems like the perfect and easiest way to accomplish that would be buying land and building a tiny house. This is just in my head right now and to make it s reALIty is a dream.  If you haven't noticed I am a big dreamer! (Sagittarius)
