A visitor.

As we were watching Eight Below the other night, which is about husky sled dogs, we noticed a visitor peering through our window. He looked like you see in the movies, a little homeless dog who sadly looks in the window to a house full of love, warmth, and laughter. Thankfully for us the dogs in our household did not notice or there would have been a barking fit. So, before they could notice we quickly tucked them in a room and closed the door.

Upon letting this scruffy dog into our house we saw that icicles had formed under his chin from being on a long outdoor escapade. We grabbed a towel and tried our best to getting the frozen drooling ice off of his chin. Scruffles (we named him that) then walked over to our mirror and checked himself out - he clearly wanted to make sure we did not mess up his hair. He stayed in front of that mirror until his owner came....to which we found out Taj (real name) loves looking at himself and he will talk to himself as well. He was probably glad to recognize someone familiar in our house. Thankfully he had a tag on because I would not want to give this adorable pup to a shelter and we all know my family has enough dogs to drive most people crazy :)
