Change of plans

We put an offer in on a house and after a little bit of negotiating, we are finally under contract!

But, that means there may be a change of future plans, I.e. Europe. 

This house, like all of our houses, needs work. And work costs money. Depending on how much money needs to go towards the house we may have to put europe off until a future date. 

Time will tell!

Hopefully, as in, the inspection goes well.
