Our little Quint St House....

Our little house on Quint Street. We flipped it, the whole thing, and are going to rent it out. Luckily, it is not much space so it only took about a month or two of before and after work projects. 

Here are the before and after pictures...

BEFORE:

 The older lady who lived in this house previously did not have hot water running through the house. She would heat up water on top of the stove and bath herself. That is also where she did her cooking.

This was considered the bedroom. I don't even think a twin bed would fit.

The bathroom did not have a shower or tub because she would just bath herself. The only good part about the house was the toilet....at least we knew we wouldn't have to watch where we walked.. :)

 Her kitchen only had a sink, fridge, and the stove^

AFTER:

 New large deck

 New flowers, cabinets, walls... something to cook with.

 Opened up the space.

 Painted the whole house

 Used the 'bedroom' and made it apart of the bathroom. Added a stand up shower and sink.

New toilet and we added a washer/dryer.
